HR Strategic Partner
Cognex is seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to execute HR and business strategies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with business leaders to synchronize HR objectives with business goals, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
* Performance Optimization: Enhance productivity by driving ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and implementing disciplinary actions or terminations.
* Organizational Development & Transformation: Identify and address structural barriers to achieving strategic initiatives and revise organizational designs and resource allocation to support business objectives effectively.
* Talent Development: Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to ensure succession planning and readiness for critical roles.
* Employee Engagement: Foster a positive employee relations environment by addressing concerns proactively and maintaining open communication.
Requirements:
* 7+ years relevant working experience and proven success in a similar role, preferably supporting engineering organizations at European level with focus on Germany and Eastern Europe.
* Expert knowledge and experience in general employment law, overall company HR policies and processes.
* Experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
