Together, we develop holistic solutions for complex property-related challenges – with a particular emphasis on technical aspects in distressed asset acquisitions.Property Analysis & Strategy DevelopmentYou assess the condition, potential, and risks of real estate assets – including technical aspects – and develop strategic recommendations. You also engage external experts (e.g. lawyers, auditors, developers) as needed.Management of Distressed AcquisitionsYou oversee the entire lifecycle from acquisition through repositioning to sale. This includes developing business plans, managing tax and accounting implications, and implementing effective asset management during the holding phase.Construction Controlling & Project ManagementYou validate technical assessments, review budgets, and monitor construction quality.
