* Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung der Tickets des täglichen Betriebs
* Pflege, Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeitenden- und Organisationsdaten in den ESS- und MSS-Systemen
* Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Employee Self Service (ESS) und Management Self Services (MSS) Prozessen
* Mitwirkung bei Projekten innerhalb der Payroll und ESS/MSS
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
* Fortlaufendes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar - idealerweise mit Vertiefung im Bereich Payroll
* Erste Praxiserfahrung durch vorangegangene Praktika / Tätigkeiten
* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretionsverständnis
* Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
