We are seeking a student to join our team as a Digital Transformation & Program Management Office (PMO) Intern. As a member of our PMO, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and contribute to exciting projects with real impact.
1. You will be responsible for creating standard and ad-hoc reports, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making within the team.
2. You will maintain and update program and project plans, manage tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. You will conduct quality checks, lead corrective actions when necessary, and handle administrative tasks accurately and diligently.
4. You will support the PMO team in various areas and actively participate in task forces driving our digital programs forward.
Requirements

o You are an enrolled student of Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
o You bring excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with JIRA or MS Project is a plus.
o You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing trends, and deriving practical recommendations from them.
o You have ideally gained initial insights into project or program management through internships, work placements, or university projects.
o You communicate confidently and clearly in German (at least B2/C1 level) and English (fluently), both in writing and speaking.
