Tasks
As part of the paid internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain an insight into the broad field of talent management and actively work with us. Our team combines expertise from different areas. We also allow you to work shadowing in other departments.
The following areas of activity await you in our team:
1. Support in the implementation and realization of talent initiatives for all professional groups employed in an airline, from crew, technology, operational ground staff to administrative staff and the various requirements of these professional groups
2. Familiarization & further development of performance and potential processes
3. Active involvement in enablement sessions for managers and HR staff

Requirements
To become part of our team, you should be majoring in HR, Development or Talent Management or have a keen interest in it.
9. You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
10. Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
11. High level of communication skills, independence and organizational talent
12. Creativity and enthusiasm
13. Hands-on mentality
14. Fluency in writing texts
15. Very good knowledge of German and English
16. Existing knowledge of presentation creation
