Position
We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our three-year training program. This apprenticeship offers the possibility of obtaining a degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree without having to study.

* A practical approach: You will work in our stores and gain hands-on experience in customer consulting, product knowledge, presentation, cash handling, and inventory management.
* Theoretical foundation: You will learn theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and participate in regular block lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy in Hannover.
* Filialmanagement: You will be prepared to lead a store in the future by learning about team management and personnel management.

* Schulabschluss: A completed vocational qualification or Abitur (also welcome are students who have interrupted their studies)
