Organize and coordinate meetings and project milestones- Communication:Serve as the primary contact between internal teams, departments, and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute project information such as schedules, itineraries, agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation. Track approvals, changes, and manage the submission of project-related applications, requests, and orders- Tracking & Reporting:Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and milestone achievement. Identify and report risks or issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner- Resource Coordination:Support the planning and allocation of human and material resources. Coordinate the logistics related to personnel, equipment, and materials, including shipping and travel- Financial & Operational Support:Assist in expense tracking and budget reporting and support procurement processes and invoice handling. Contribute to developing and refining project-related processesYour ProfileSeveral (minimum 3) years of experience in project coordination or a similar role with responsibility over planning and executionStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluency in English is essential.
