Position: Brand Manager – Consumer Goods Overview Position / Company: Our client is a global consumer goods group undergoing a significant growth phase. We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the team in Munich and assume responsibility for all marketing / brand activities for a product portfolio enjoying 25% growth. Position Responsibilities Include: Developing, implementing and maintaining the marketing and communication strategy and the tactics for an assigned product portfolio Embracing of modern / digital marketing and brand strategies Develop communication materials Liaise with customers and resellers to gather key insights and needs Implement full market research projects to assess market and customer dynamics Lead the launch for new products both planning and execution Analysing data, monitoring changes in the industry and competitor analysis Establishes strong working relationships with key stakeholders Requirements: Educated to degree level in Business / Marketing Minimum 4 years of marketing / brand / product management experience preferably within consumer goods Fluent English and German Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills both with internal departments / stakeholders and external groups, customers Very good analytical skills Ambitious professional - looking to join a fast growing global group and many opportunities for rapid career development
