We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager with strong expertise in Human Resources to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives with our clients. The ideal candidate will combine project management skills with deep HR knowledge to drive programs that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and HR operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR project management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Experience with data-driven HR initiatives.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
