In your role as Engineering Planner (m/f/d) in the Project Management Office team, you will be part of the Engineering Planning department. Your tasks will include the following activities:
1. Project management of major engineering projects, in close coordination with technical project management
2. Setting up project structures (work packages) and the activities contained therein
3. Coordination and implementation of project planning activities together with the engineers responsible for the work packages (m/f/d)
4. Continuous updating of time and capacity-based planning (scheduling), identification of bottlenecks and implementation of measures in the project organization in order to achieve the agreed milestones
5. Collaboration with the controlling department
6. Preparation of monthly reports for the development project
7. Presentation of the expected total costs of the development project and the progress of the project
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
8. Successfully completed engineering studies
9. Several years of professional experience in engineering and project management, preferably in the defense or metalworking industry
10. Strong knowledge of working with project planning tools, in particular MS Project and SAP PS
11. Good written and spoken German and English skills
12. Confident communication and moderation skills as well as a structured way of working
13. High willingness to travel
