IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
These are your tasks
* Strengthening the ZVID team
* Management of the IT organization in the area of software and hardware in coordination and cooperation with the higher-level Group IT
* Supporting the subsidiaries in the implementation and servicing of hardware and software solutions
* Management of software packages and checking of invoices in the IT area (hardware, services, licenses)
* Further development of digitalization projects and optimization of existing processes
* Supporting the respective specialist departments in onboarding and offboarding employees
What you bring with you
* Successfully completed training or studies in the IT sector (or comparable qualification)
* Sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of business contexts
* Knowledge of common operating systems and network technologies
* Confident knowledge of English
* Interest in the development of digital solutions
* Willingness to travel on business
