Your tasks
Administration & Management: Reliable management of the local IT infrastructure (network, firewall, telephony, servers, virtualization) as well as the local workplace hardware and software in close coordination with the central IT services.
First-line support on site: First point of contact for users with technical questions and malfunctions, as well as an interface for coordination with the central service desk and the infrastructure department.
Requirements management: Demand-oriented recording of new IT requirements from local users and coordination with the central IT units.
Infrastructure development: Ensuring ongoing operations as well as the future-oriented development, updating and implementation of IT infrastructure concepts.
Process optimization: Active support in the development and definition of central IT processes to continuously strengthen a service-oriented IT approach.
Your profile
Qualification: Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable education with an IT background.
User support: Practical experience in IT user support, in the management of local infrastructures and in the provision of user services (hardware and software).
System landscape: Knowledge of the implementation, operation, administration and future-oriented development of digital infrastructures, ideally in the healthcare sector.
Healthcare-specific know-how: Ideally, experience with hospital information systems (HIS) and practice management software (including interfaces, administration and rights management) as well as familiarity with the special IT requirements and regulations in the healthcare sector.
Technical profile: Solid knowledge in the areas of network, security, firewall, proxy, IaaS-SaaS / FaaS, workplace, server and telephony/PBX systems, combined with experience in managing service providers and IT projects.
Personality & work style: Strong user and customer orientation, flexibility and resilience, as well as an independent and highly structured way of working.
