We are seeking a senior business expert to drive business process transformation and harmonization within our global organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving business processes within green/brownfield transformation programs and a good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze regional/segment-specific business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
* Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization and coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts, like data cleansing.
* Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes
* Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition
* Design, own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
* Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written. Familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.

Requirements:
* Extensive professional experience driving business processes within Green/Brownfield transformation programs
* Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management
* Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, with an emphasis on PP and QM.
* Background in the analysis of business requirements along with business process modeling
* Established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and with various stakeholders.
* Results-focused and conceptual working style, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
