This role involves designing and implementing a research framework to evaluate customer and dealer experience throughout a live customer pilot program. You will collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate key hypotheses and derive actionable insights for product development, customer engagement, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive research framework: Design a robust methodology for evaluating customer and dealer feedback, integrating both qualitative and quantitative approaches
* Design and execute data collection: Create and deploy effective interview guides, surveys, and questionnaires for pilot participants (customers and dealers)
* Validate and explore key hypotheses: Investigate critical aspects of the pilot, including but not limited to
o customer behavior (motivation, satisfaction level, perceived value, barriers of adoption etc.),
o sales impact (conversion, effectiveness of different sales channels, incentive programs etc.),
o product performance (user experience, ease of installation and setup, ease of use, technical reliability etc.) and
o customer education (necessary information, onboarding process, product understanding etc.)
* Contribute to defining and tracking success metrics: Collaborate with the product management team to establish and monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the pilot
* Derive actionable implications and recommendations: Translate complex research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product management
