JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS

o Assist in the procurement process of electronic components and materials.
o Support the team in managing supplier relationships and communications.
o Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings
o Help prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
o Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
o Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes
YOUR PROFILE

o Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, or equivalent
o Excellent language skills: written and spoken German and English
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
o Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management management would be advantageous but is not required
