We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with focus on power utilities to join our Siemens Grid Software Sales based in Nuernberg, Germany. You'll make an impact by : Execution of Sales Engineer activities towards power utilities with a special focus on power transmission and system operation companies. Execution of both local and international onsites as well as remote presentations and demonstrations of Spectrum Power based SCADA EMS solutions to our prospects, customers, consultants and other stakeholders combined with periodic booth activities during professional fairs or similar events. Design and implementation of demo systems and technical solutions tailored to the needs of our customers. Governance over Spectrum Power based SCADA EMS demo systems. Enablement and support of sales colleagues and partners. Continuously seeking ways to improve our systems, processes, and offerings. This is how you'll win us over : Education Master's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification. Experience & Skills More than 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering with focus on power utilities mandatory. More than 2 years of experience in Portfolio Sales with focus on power utilities mandatory. Experience either in Project Engineering, Project Management, or Product Development with focus on SCADA EMS and especially on Spectrum Power suite is advantageable. Ability to present and demonstrate complex technical products as well as to convince customers with technical expertise and strong sales skills. Strong customer focus and aspiration to be a trusted advisor, helping customers create value-driven solutions. Ways of working: analytical, problem-solving attitude with strong decision-making abilities and a growth mindset combined with strong teamwork. Languages: business proficiency in English mandatory, in other world languages advantageable. You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
