What you'll do In this role, you confidently manages and prioritizes calendars and meetings and coordinates international travel Working closely with executive leadership, you will support with communication and meetings by drafting, editing, and designing communication materials and presentations, building agendas, recording minutes, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring effective outcomes You will plan and steer communication for different people initiatives and materials in close coordination with Corporate Communications and HR stakeholders Also, you will support on HR administrative tasks as a support to our executive HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle—from recruiting, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding through role changes to compensation/benefit cycles and bonus processes in collaboration with the C&B Center of Excellence—and prepare sensitive HR documentation, maintain accurate HRIS data, and manage approval and signature workflows In addition, you will provide ad hoc support for people-related and cross-functional projects and, with your structured and proactive working style, contribute significantly to smooth operations Who you are You bring several years of experience supporting C suite or senior executives in international organizations Demonstrated strength in drafting executive and internal communications ensures clear, consistent messaging aligned with leadership priorities Hands on HR operations experience spans contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compensation cycles You offer exceptional English and German language skills—spoken and written—and strong proficiency in MS Office/365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) High discretion and judgment are paired with rigorous planning, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem solving mindset that delivers reliable outcome What we offer you We all shape our lives individually.
