About this role
As a Compliance Manager, you will drive operational and strategic excellence in a collaborative environment. You will have a broad range of responsibilities and be part of a dynamic team working globally across most functions.
This includes leading audit preparation and execution for regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will quickly grow into the role as Program Manager for our global certification portfolio and audit processes (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TISAX AL3).

* Managing and harmonizing multiple certification programs, creating an integrated compliance framework that efficiently addresses various requirements under a unified approach
* Acting as a compliance partner to senior stakeholders, collaborating to develop strategic governance frameworks
* Driving organizational readiness for compliance in digital operations, ensuring adherence to certification standards, evolving regulations and internal policies
* Leading compliance education initiatives and implementing awareness measures
* Identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring compliance-related risks
About you
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A university degree in law or a related field, e.g. Master of Laws (LL.M.).
* At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, management systems or a comparable field of activity
* Experience in process and project management
* Experience in audit preparation and execution
* A strong interest in working with certification systems and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) and their applications in organizational compliance frameworks
* A solid understanding of IT processes, architectures, and applications
* Fluent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
