Your tasks
4. Coordination & compliance: You coordinate measures in accordance with the general principles of § 4 ArbSchG and ensure strict compliance with the BaustellV and the RAB (in particular RAB 30).
5. Health and safety planning: You are responsible for the creation, publication and continuous updating of the health and safety plan.
6. Hazard analysis: By systematically analyzing work processes, you identify hazards and critical interactions between the various trades at an early stage.
7. Preventive advice: You provide support with scheduling in order to proactively avoid safety risks due to time or space overlaps.
8. Monitoring & documentation: You carry out regular safety inspections and meetings, evaluate the results and ensure complete documentation.
9. Project completion: You professionally compile the documentation for subsequent work on the construction site.
Your profile
10. Qualifications: You have successfully completed technical training (or a comparable qualification) and have an additional qualification as a health and safety coordinator.
11. Experience: You have relevant construction knowledge and sound professional experience, ideally in the field of plant construction or a related industry.
12. Specialist knowledge: Safety technology and health protection are not new territory for you; you have a good command of the special coordinator skills.
13. Soft skills: You are characterized by a structured, results-oriented way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
14. Mobility: As our projects take place throughout Germany, you must be willing to travel (typically Monday to Friday).
15. Languages: A good command of English is a clear advantage in our international environment.
