Responsibilities: Manage a team of System Engineers; monitor and ensure the proper operation of all IT equipment. Responsible for maintaining service levels within departmental guidelines through planning and scheduling. Define processes and functions to ensure quality goals are met. Manage employee performance and group productivity. Regularly evaluate individual employee job performance, provide constructive feedback, and reward accomplishments. Design, maintain, and improve the company network as well as Client Management systems. Requirements: Experience guiding a team within a system engineering environment. Good understanding of network and server environments, including hardware requirements. Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies, tools, and processes for providing IT services. Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network, firewall, storage, and servers. Effective communication skills in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
