Reporting to the Head of Sales, as a Sales Territory Representative, you are the face of Assembly in your region, owning the territory’s client development strategy, marketing budget, and identify and act upon any opportunities.
This is a hands-on, field-first role for someone energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles (experience in fashion, cosmetics or similar is a plus)
~ Understanding of brand building and premium positioning
~ Strong aesthetic sense and genuine interest in fashion and design
~ You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to learn
~ Fluent in German and English
