Tasks:
* Maintain, harmonize and further develop global Maintenance processes in close cooperation with our plants
* Coordinate, review and steer new developments in the SAP PM module together with our plants and IT consultants
* Rollout Maintenance processes to new locations and further develop existing locations and their processes
* Guide and support production locations in their daily business related to organizational and processual maintenance activities
* Moderate and lead workshops and trainings with interdisciplinary and multinational teams
* Check, validate and review local improvement suggestions and align with other plants
* Develop roadmaps on global and plant level. Support execution
Requirements:
* Technical education and strong manufacturing background
* Minimum 7 years of working experience in the area of Maintenance and Operations
* Strong know-how and good experience in Maintenance methods, processes, tools and systems
* Fluent spoken and written English on business level and willingness to travel on global basis
* Project management skills and good SAP PM knowledge
* Strong, open minded motivated and self-driven personality
* A practical person with an operational background, a challenger who is self-critical
