As Director of LiveOps, you'll be a key member of the studio leadership team, owning the franchise's long-term LiveOps strategy and driving healthy games growth. Working in close partnership with leadership and stakeholders, you'll ensure strategic alignment and seamless tactical execution across all games in the franchise.
YOUR MISSION
* Own the business performance and KPIs of the BIG! Franchise games, driving sustainable growth and holding accountability for measurable results
* Set, align, and monitor game KPI goals and tactical plans that are directly tied to business objectives, ensuring clear measurement
* Lead engagement and monetization strategies for major content and feature releases, coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve high-impact launches that hit KPI targets
* Proactively monitor game health using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks, implementing impactful initiatives to maintain long-term growth
* Partner closely with product teams to apply learnings from data and experimentation, continuously iterating on game features and systems while integrating industry best practices into the LiveOps roadmap
* Design and implement process improvements that enable rapid iteration and faster decision-making cycles across the franchise
* Mentor product managers and foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning
* Build knowledge base through comprehensive documentation of experiments, retrospectives, and playbooks to ensure consistent organizational learning and improvement
YOUR PROFILE
* 8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on mobile games
* Deep passion for mobile games and comprehensive understanding of the F2P games industry, including growth mechanics, retention strategies, monetization models, and game design principles that create player value
* Proven track record of successful mobile game product launches and end-to-end lifecycle management
* Advanced proficiency in leveraging market insights and player data to define and evolve product strategy for both individual games and game portfolios
* Strong expertise in analyzing data and dashboards to extract actionable insights
* Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Steep, and Looker is preferred
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines
