My client, a cutting-edge company located in Berlin-Adlershof, pioneering the development and production of high-performance cameras and optical inspection solutions are seeking a Head of Sales to play a key part in the company's commerical growth.
Drive Sales Growth: Lead the technical sales of our scientific products, building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Global Partnership Management: Foster relationships with sales partners worldwide, helping to shape annual sales targets and achieve growth goals
Sales Operations: Prepare and deliver quotes, manage order processing, and work alongside our technical support team to address customer needs
Organize and conduct client visits, demos, product presentations, and represent us at trade fairs and conferences
CRM & Sales Reporting: Use the CRM system to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales progress
Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customers
Communication Excellence: Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to present and negotiate with clients at all levels
A proactive, team-oriented personality with the drive to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects
Strong skills in MS Office/LibreOffice; experience with tools like InDesign, GIMP, or Photoshop is a plus
