We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Developer with expertise in bio-/cheminformatics to join our team.
This role requires a unique blend of scientific knowledge, data engineering skills and software development expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a cloud-based biocompound discovery platform.
* Design and implement data flows from internal and external sources.
* Integrate AI and machine learning techniques to analyze multiomics data for functional properties of molecules.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering principles, platform technologies, AI/ML to continually improve the platform.
* Ensure the platform is scalable, secure and user-friendly.
* Collaborate with biologists, chemists, chem-/bioinformaticians and data scientists to integrate their insights into the platform.
* Identify and develop discovery services for customers leading to paid collaboration projects or licensing opportunities for discovered compounds.
