Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily administration of NetApp-based file services, including provisioning, decommissioning, and managing volumes, shares, and directories
* Implement and maintain user access rights at the managed folder level using standardized permission concepts and role-based access control
* Monitor system health and performance, respond to incidents and service requests, and escalate complex issues to L3 support when necessary
* Ensure adherence to GDPR, HGB, AO, and internal policies, while maintaining audit-proof documentation of access and configuration changes
* Operate and maintain the file service portal (e.g., eDiva), support integration with identity management systems, and assist users with portal-related tasks
* Assist in executing local backup operations and support restore processes in line with defined retention and recovery policies
* Support access rights reviews, generate usage and compliance reports, and assist in yearly audits and clean-up procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration
* Hands-on experience with NetApp or similar file service platforms
* Familiarity with Active Directory, DFS, and PKI concepts
* Basic understanding of IT security and data protection regulations
* Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based service management
* Good communication skills in English and German
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in NetApp, Microsoft, or ITIL
* Experience in secure or regulated environments (e.g., energy, nuclear, finance)
* Familiarity with file service portals and automation tools
