HR Payroll Specialist (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Payroll Operations: Manage and execute the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees using SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and social security regulations.
* Collective Agreement Management: Apply and monitor the provisions of the IG Metall collective agreements, specifically the ERA (Framework Agreement on Pay) structures, performance bonuses, and industry-specific payments.
* SAP HCM Administration: Maintain employee master data and support the optimization of payroll and time management schemas within SAP (Modules PA, PY, PT).
* Compliance & Reporting: Handle the electronic reporting system (DEÜV, tax statements) and act as the primary contact for social security providers, tax authorities, and auditors.
* Advisory: Provide expert guidance to employees and managers regarding payroll, tariff classifications, and time-tracking queries.
Your profile:
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a certified specialization in payroll.
* Industry Expertise: Solid experience in payroll within a company bound by collective bargaining agreements, ideally the Precious Metal or Metal & Electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM is essential (especially PA and PY; knowledge of PT or SuccessFactors is a plus).
* Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of German wage tax and social security law, as well as the ERA classification system.
* Soft Skills: High level of discretion, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Languages: Fluency in German (required for legal/tariff compliance) and good command of English.
