For our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for you in the role of
CRM strategy manager (all genders)
Location: Frankfurt/ Main
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and implement a CRM and e-CRM communication strategy through creative, engaging and targeted campaigns.
* In-depth understanding of client’s customer data and/or data to identify customer pain points and sequential experiences.
* Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to infuse leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns
* Align on omni-channel experiences of the customer journey, constantly improving processes to optimize the customer journey to increase conversion and customer retention rate.
* Work closely with Data analytics, Web and creative team to develop effective and integrated campaigns.
* Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, UX, Communications, or related field); Master’s or CX certifications
* Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes
* Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving Campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Fluent English skills
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control in execution and deployment
* Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
* Understanding of the automotive industry is an asset
