Primary focus will be the UK or Germany, but depending on language skills, there will be rooms to take on exciting challenges in other EU regions. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company at the forefront of insurance technology.This role offers the flexibility to work from Paris (FR), London (UK) or Munich(GE).Mission:As a key client advisor, you’ll lead the successful deployment and expansion of our platform across Europe, starting firstly with UK & Germany,by guiding insurance clients from onboarding to value realization. Sitting at the crossroads of operations, strategy, tech, and client success, you’ll shape long-term partnerships, inform product development with client insights, and support commercial growth by delivering high-impact, data-driven recommendations.Responsibilities:In this role, you’ll engage directly with senior executives of top insurance firms, playing a pivotal role in shaping unique and impactful digital insurance solutions.You will report to the Head of Business Partnership & Client Success, work closely with all departments :Driving client success and expanding our presence in EuropeAct as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial requirements assessment to full operational deployment.Lead the expansion of our solution in UK, Germanyand potentially other regionsas we grow.Ensure clients successfully implement our recommendations and track their impact.Build long-term partnerships, create success stories, and uncover new opportunities to drive value.Support our commercial teams primarely in the UK/GEto fuel business expansion.Leverage and elevate our cutting-edge platformGather client insights and collaborate on product development, influencing new features and analyses.Work closely with our technical team to configure and tailor our platform to each client’s requirements.Analyze platform results to generate high-value recommendations with strong economic potential.What you bring:Background5–8 years of experience in demanding environments (strategy consulting, scale-ups, insurers, investment funds, Website degree in a relevant field.Experience in large-scale digital transformation, SaaS, team management, or international business is a plus.Familiarity with the UK, GE or French P&C insurance industry is a strong advantage.Mindset & SkillsPassion for client relationships and problem-solving.Strong analytical and structuring abilities.Interest in tech, data, and digital innovation.Curiosity to explore new transformative use cases.Fluent in English and/or German(native level), fluent in French is a plus.Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Strong project management skills.Why join us?We are a dynamic and motivated team with a high-potential product and solid financial assets.Join our top-tier professionals and play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our InsurTech solution.You'll work side by side with our Product and Tech teams, take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, and grow fast in a company that values initiative and impact.If you're excited by the idea of expanding our presence across Europe and being part of a real entrepreneurial journey where innovation drives execution, this is your place.Interview process➀ Introduction video call with Talent Acquisition Manager (45')➁ Meet your future leader & present a business case study.
