We are supporting a client looking for a Safety Spotter to support on-site operations within a cutting-edge, high-tech manufacturing environment in the Dresden area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global industry leader and play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support safety checks and inspections (safety tours)
* Assist with site safety inspections alongside management
* Identify and document unsafe conditions and best practices
* Monitor and coordinate safety measures and compliance
* Deliver basic safety training to internal teams
* Support and mentor employees on safety culture and procedures
* Ensure correct use of PPE at all times
* Maintain tools and ensure calibration is up to date
Requirements
* Technical background (engineering, industrial, or similar)
* Knowledge of occupational health & safety
* Strong communication skills and reliability
* Good English language skills (essential)
* Ability to work in cleanroom / controlled environments
* Full driving licence
* Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience is a plus
