Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the localized brand positioning and brand communication strategy for the German market.
• Plan and execute integrated brand communication campaigns, including brand events, product launches and marketing activities.
• Manage local PR and communication agencies, including bidding processes and supplier management.
• Develop and manage localized brand communication materials to ensure accurate and effective messaging.
• Support product communication planning, including key selling points, launch campaigns and marketing activities.
• Monitor media channels, social platforms and brand reputation, and manage user engagement and crisis communication when necessary.
• Support dealer network brand communication activities and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Build and manage a localized brand communication team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales and HQ teams.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in brand positioning, brand communication strategy and marketing campaign execution.
• Experience managing external agencies such as PR agencies, creative agencies and event partners.
• Strong understanding of media landscape and consumer communication channels in the German market.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly preferred.
