Responsibilities:
* Strategic and operational Procurement Ownership: Independently manage complex construction service procurement projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and contract quality.
* Supplier Portfolio Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and develop national and international suppliers to build resilient, high-performing partnerships.
* Contract Strategy & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and optimize individual contracts and framework agreements. Using your negotiation skills and experience in complex construction projects helps you to secure favorable terms.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, enabling seamless planning, execution, and resolution of construction-related initiatives.
* Data-Driven Impact: Analyze contract performance, initiate renegotiations, and implement measures that enhance procurement outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Procurement Expertise: 5+ years in purchasing for construction services or facility management services, ideally within international corporate environments.
* Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Proven success in complex procurement projects, with strong knowledge of contract law and construction standards (e.g. VOB/BGB/HOAI).
* Negotiation & Influence: Confident communicator with a persuasive presence in high-stakes negotiations across national and international service providers.
* Collaborative Mindset: Trusted partner to cross-functional teams, with a solution-oriented approach and strong stakeholder engagement.
* Tech Fluency: Skilled in SAP MM and MS Office, with a data-driven approach to procurement decisions.
* Language & Mobility: Fluent in German and English, with flexibility for occasional international travel.
