Your Responsibilities

Ensure all payroll-related tasks, including administration, salary calculation, and timely payment of wages, social security contributions, and taxes

Manage payroll processes autonomously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlines

Handle monthly tax and social security declarations, as well as annual obligations and support during fiscal controls

Participate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers

Ensure the administration and payment of supplementary pension schemes

Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of applicable labor, social security, and tax regulations

Support continuous improvement of HR administration and payroll processes

Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel budget

Provide payroll-related data for accounting closings (accruals, reconciliations, provisions, etc.)

Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit support for HR Services

Participate in the customization and improvement of HRIS tools

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg

Strong knowledge of payroll accounting (provisions, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)

Familiar with at least one payroll tool; experience with HR Information Systems is considered an asset

Advanced Excel skills

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset

Able to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Team player with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Together, we support approximately 650 employees based at RTL City, ensuring high-quality HR services and a people-focused approach.
