Identify and develop new business opportunities with oncology centers, practices, university hospitals, and specialized laboratories across the DACH region
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Relationship Management
Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services
Support our digital marketing efforts
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field; Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
Proven success in pharmaceutical, medical device or diagnostic sales, preferably in hematology, oncology or genetic testing
Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools and digital marketing
