Mission
* Qualify customer requirements and needs within the context of AMS tenders
* Develop, document and present solution options that include transition & transformation, implementation plans, delivery models and standards
* Process RfI/RfPs and create suitable solution concepts, presenting them convincingly
* Take responsibility for developing the offer solution following technical and commercial guidelines
* Coordinate all offer contents and work closely with sales, portfolio partners, international delivery teams and relevant SMEs to ensure a consistent and complete overall solution
Skillset
* Multiyear experience in AMS projects, complemented by a technical or business‑administration degree or comparable qualification
* Know‑how to develop, calculate and describe complex technical and commercial solutions precisely
* Very good knowledge in Application Service Desk, Application Support and Maintenance
* Structured, self‑responsible work style with high motivation, resilience and quality awareness
* Agile mindset, strong teamwork, communication and conflict‑resolution skills – also in intercultural settings
* Negotiation‑ready communication in German and English, routine collaboration with international delivery teams
