Job Summary:

The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) promotes continued growth and superior customer service for new business and current customers within an assigned territory. Serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, quotes and service within an assigned area and to provide support. Follows-up on sales and marketing opportunities via e-mail and phone communications. Supports and promotes continued growth of new business for CSA Group TIC services.



These are your tasks:

1. Support the sales process by providing initial information to prospective leads and existing customers
2. Promote CSA services by contacting clients using competitors or other certification agencies
3. Provide input to the Commercial Unit to identify new business opportunities
4. Work closely with the Sales team to drive new business growth
5. Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and services within assigned territory
6. Collaborate with Marketing to organize and coordinate events (pre-work, scheduling, mailings, marketing materials)
7. Prepare quotes and send proposals to clients, conduct follow-up calls
8. Maintain and update client data in CRM system (Centra)
9. Regularly follow up on open quotations and sales opportunities
10. Research customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and generate leads


Preferred Education & Experience:

11. Completed education in the following fields preferred:
12. Office Management/ Marketing Communications
13. Industrial Clerk / Business Administration Clerk
14. Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk
15. Customer Service / Call Center Specialis
16. Foreign Language Correspondence
17. Bachelor·s Degree in Business Administration / International / Communication Studies or in Marketing & Sales Management
18. Sales competence and experience in lead generation
19. Customer orientation and professional communication
20. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
21. Analytical skills for identifying business potential
22. Organizational skills and structured work approach
23. Very good command of German and English
