Responsibilities
* Steer one of our branches with passion and organizational talent.
* Motivate, support and develop a dynamic team of up to 20 employees.
* Ensure smooth operations from service to kitchen.
* Maintain highest service and product quality.
* Create staff schedules, manage inventory and keep the team on track.
* Create a welcoming environment for guests so they keep coming back.
* Communicate directly with management and bring creative improvement ideas.
Qualifications
* Previous team leadership experience and passion for motivating people.
* Excellent organizational skills, even in stressful moments.
* Strong communication skills, unifying people and keeping the team on the success path.
* Experience in the hospitality industry with knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
* Doer mentality: take initiative, bring energy and fresh ideas to the shop.
