Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage contracts, maintain relationships with institutional partners, financial managers, and high-end clients in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters, questions, and support, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial and administrative operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client and partner relationships, including account openings, management instructions, and follow-ups related to operational processing.
* Ensure quality follow-up of requests and cross-functional collaboration between departments to meet financial cut-offs and Service Level Agreements.
* Process financial and administrative operations according to established procedures and controls.
* Record data and operations in the computer system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
About You:
* You hold a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) preferably with a financial or insurance orientation.
* At least 2 years' experience in life insurance or financial services, with knowledge of life insurance products and AML procedures.
* You have an analytical mind, enjoy interactions, and are flexible, precise, organized, and effective in a team environment.
