1. You act as the financial sparring partner for regional management and support business decisions with meaningful financial insights

9. You support and coordinate finance activities across the region and help ensure high-quality financial standards and reporting consistency
This is you
10. Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
11. Experience in Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Controlling in an international environment
12. Hands-on mentality with strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets and financial models
13. Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
14. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and IFRS-based reporting processes
15. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage
16. Background in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, consumer goods, or other commercially driven businesses is highly beneficial
17. Comfortable working in international matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
18. Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership mentality
19. Very good English skills required; German is highly beneficial
20. Willingness to occasionally travel within the Central Europe region as required
