Inventory Management Expert
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Expert to join our team. As an Inventory Management Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end inventory management processes that maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals. This includes developing processes to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on stakeholder input, taking risks and opportunities into account.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement end-to-end inventory management processes
* Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure process scalability and alignment with business goals
* Develop processes to maintain and adjust buffer inventory
* Provide tools to enable effective and efficient inventory management
* Define, document, and maintain inventory management processes and policies
* Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making
* Ensure inventory practices comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory management
* Capability of data analysis and financial knowledge in inventory management
* Experience in formulating and deploying inventory management processes
* Experience in improving operations as a key user of inventory management tools
* Skills of stakeholder management and communication management
* Strong Leadership and decision-making skills, analytical skills, and strong communication skills
