German Speaking Sales Development Representative — Ads Products
Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €25.330 + up to 4.470,00 € gross/year

Join an exciting project in Digital Marketing Ads, a tool reshaping how businesses grow. This role is built for someone who can navigate the German market, identify high-potential companies, and operate confidently in a tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
* Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database.
* Grow and strengthen the customer base.
* Log outbound call activity and customer responses with accuracy.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and active leads.
* Track competitor products and shape selling strategies accordingly.
* Address customer questions and needs with clarity and professionalism.

Requirements

* C2 German with strong English.
* 20 months sales experience preferred.
* Able to manage tasks independently and reach goals without heavy supervision.
* Strong CRM experience and comfortable using CRM tools to improve engagement and sales results.
* Clear communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
* Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and achieving shared targets.
* Confident presenting both verbally and in writing.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
* Able to work independently while contributing to team success.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business settings.
* Skilled in competitor analysis and offering insights for strategic decisions.
* Customer-focused and dedicated to delivering a strong experience.

Specialized Skills for the German Market

* Strong understanding of German business practices and cultural expectations.
* Ability to identify and target companies with real growth potential.
* Skilled in solving complex problems in demanding environments.

* Awareness of local regulations, including GDPR, and able to ensure compliant outreach.
* Able to adapt outreach strategies to meet German clients’ high expectations around data privacy.
