How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for leading relations with work councils and managing the entire employee life cycle as part of the Global HR team. You will work closely with our HR manager based in Buchdorf, Germany to lead HR activities for employees based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Czech Republic. This role can be based in Buchdorf, Germany, Madrid, Spain, or Pardubice, Czech Republic.
You Will Make an Impact By:
* Independently processing operational and strategic HR tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle
* Serving as the first point of contact for our employees in all HR-related topics
* Providing active support of managers in all personnel issues
* Trustfully and constructively cooperating with our works council
* Providing legally compliant administrative HR work (e.g., preparation of employment contracts, reference letters, management, and maintenance of personnel files)
* Supporting operational onboarding and offboarding processes
* Preparing of payroll for handover to our Finance department
* Managing of temporary employment and support in the recruiting process
* Preparing company agreements and guidelines
* Actively participating in local and global HR projects
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
* Human resources clerk, bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on HR or comparable qualification.
* 3-5 years of experience in human resources
* High integrity and sense of responsibility
* High social competence and effective communication skills
* Solid knowledge of Germany labor laws
* Structured and reliable way of working with the necessary willingness to change processes.
* Analytical thinking and numerical reasoning to use data and metrics to make valid HR decisions and identify trends.
* Independence & proactive thinking as well as strong organizational skills
* High degree of negotiation skills and the necessary assertiveness paired with a pronounced service concept.
* Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel), ideally experience with an HR system.
* Professional German and English language skills
