What we are looking for We are looking for a hands-on, 360° commercial generalist who combines strong client-facing execution with a structured, process-driven mindset. You enjoy owning the full commercial lifecycle - from prospecting and deal execution to drawdowns and ongoing account management - while also improving the tools, workflows, and routines that help the business scale. You’re comfortable taking ownership, challenging existing ways of working, and driving practical change through implementation. You work well across teams and like being close to customers, systems, and data. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad responsibility early on, close exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to shape how Sales and Account Management operate as we grow. What will keep you challenged? Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, structuring, negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management Act as the primary point of contact for our active client portfolio, building trusted long-term relationships Oversee the end-to-end drawdown process in close coordination with credit, risk, and operations Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Vane’s financing solutions with client needs and priorities Drive hands-on improvements to commercial processes, tools, and workflows (including Salesforce and reporting) Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and expanded facilities across the existing customer base Implement new commercial initiatives and strategies in close collaboration with the leadership team Work cross-functionally with product, tech, credit, risk, and operations to ensure smooth execution Represent Vane with clients and partners in meetings and selected industry events What will make you succeed? 2-3 years experience in B2B sales or client-facing commercial roles (including account management) Background in fintech, financial services, or tech-enabled industries preferred Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships with high ownership Strong consultative selling skills, with excellent organisation and communication Self-starter mindset; comfortable taking ownership and driving change, and improving how things are done Tech affinity and confidence working with tools and data (Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus) Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, tech, credit, risk, and operations Comfortable working across European and US markets Fluent in English What’s in it for you?
