At our Bruker Daltonics HQ in Bremen/ remote we are looking for a Technical Product Expert (m/f/d) timsTOF solutions.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
Area of responsibility is to provide technical support for our high-resolution Q-TOF product lines. The area of responsibility includes customers in Europe as well as the support of service colleagues worldwide
1. Technical support for customers in Europe via telephone, email and remote support tools
2. Technical support for service colleagues around the world during installation, maintenance and repairs
3. QC sample based application-related troubleshooting for hardware root cause investigation
4. Checking of installed software products for compatibility
5. Coordination of spare parts deliveries
6. Cooperation with the adjacent departments,. aftermarket, production, product management and application support
7. Support of the user in dealing with the systems
8. 2nd level support of service colleagues during their onsite visits in troubleshooting and repairing the systems
9. Logging of support and service operations in the customer management system (Sales Force CRM)
10. Use and expansion of support tools (. knowledgebase) to continuously improve processes in after-sales customer support
11. Initiate product improvements
12. active role form participation in R&D meetings up to launch accompaning to ensure a smooth roll-out of new instruments in the market
13. Occasional national and international service visits
14. Regular onsite exchange in the factory in Bremen

Qualifikationen
16. Completed studies in the field of engineering or natural sciences, technician training or similar
17. Experience in electrical engineering, physical engineering or related fields
18. Experience in the application of mass spectrometry including nano-HPLC systems
19. Experiences in Imaging applications is beneficial
20. General interest in technical contexts and instrumental analysis
21. Very good communication skills and personal charisma with integrity to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide
22. High self-motivation and the willingness to work in a team and contribute to a common goal
23. Good organizational talent with the ability to flexibly work on several tasks with different priorities
24. Business thinking; reliability
25. Very good communication skills in spoken and written English
