Job Description
We are driving a major transformation: transitioning from SAP BCS to SAP Group Reporting as part of our future standalone automotive sector strategy. As a Specialist Financial Consolidation and Reporting (m/f/diverse), you will lead this change, ensuring a smooth migration and continuous improvement of global consolidation and reporting processes. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and strategic influence in a dynamic international environment.
* Transition Leadership: Managing the migration from SAP BCS to SAP Group Reporting, including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
* Project Management: Leading the transition project, monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables
* System Development: Ensuring functionality and continuous enhancement of SAP Group Reporting
* Stakeholder Coordination: Consulting departments globally and managing cross-functional collaboration
* Solution Design: Translating business requirements into IT concepts and overseeing implementation
* Process Optimization: Analyzing and resolving issues, continuously improving reporting processes
* Training & Support: Providing knowledge transfer and conducting international training sessions
Qualifications
* Academic degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
* Strong expertise in SAP Group Reporting and SAP BCS
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage
* Proven track record in project management for system transitions or finance IT projects
* Knowledge of financial consolidation processes and IFRS
* Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), good German language skills desirable
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset
