Take leadership to analyze and improve complex technologies with electrical process control monitoring data
Characterize technologies with experiments and evaluate and data and electrical results
Work hands on, support and cooperate closely with device engineering, product engineering, unit process experts, product design as well as with various other colleagues along the technology development process
Prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions following ademanding project schedule
Be part of the ATV technology development team working in joint projects in an international environment with different Infineon sites and external partners
Have a degree (Master/Diploma or PhD) in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Material Science or any similar Microelectronic related fieldwith focus on semiconductor technology
Have good knowledge of semiconductor technology and work experience in semiconductor research or industry
Have good skills for data analysis and electrical measurement and structure setups
Very good German and English language skills
