Conversational AI Systems Developer
We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI systems that deliver exceptional user experiences.
About the Role
* You will work on planning, development, and maintenance of conversational AI/IVR systems.
* You will program voicebots and integrate conversational AI/NLU engines.
* You will configure and train NLU models to recognize concerns and integrate LLMs.
* You will connect IVR systems to backend services and develop interfaces such as REST or SOAP for data exchange.
* You will select and connect ASR/TTS providers with a focus on strategic CSPs and analyze current market developments.
* You will optimize natural language output.
Requirements
* You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable subject.
* You have sound knowledge and practical experience in the development of conversational AI/IVR systems.
* You have strong analytical skills combined with a conceptual way of thinking and working.
* You have independent, results-oriented working habits with a high level of personal responsibility.
* You have business fluent German (at least C1 level).
