Responsibilities
* Operation and further development of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, network, clients, cloud services, telephone system)
* Administration and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers (ActiveDirectory, Exchange, NoSpamProxy, MS 365, backup, virtualization, and security solutions)
* Advising management and specialist departments on all IT-related issues
* User support and incident management
* Processing quotes, procurement, and invoices for all hardware and software orders, as well as investment planning
* Participation in digitization projects
What we expect from you
* Relevant completed vocational training and professional experience in the field (e.g., IT specialist [m/f/d] for system integration, IT specialist [m/f/d] for application development, or comparable qualifications)
* Independent, structured, and organized way of working, high quality awareness, and innovative skills
* Strong teamwork and cooperation skills, personal commitment, and a sociable and customer-oriented attitude
* Class B driver's license
