French Consulting is hiring Medical Services Coordinators to provide administrative support within the Referral Management Center at Ramstein AB.
You’ll play a vital role in making sure patients are scheduled promptly, referrals are tracked, and providers have the information they need to deliver quality care.
What You’ll Do Referral Management & Nursing Support Review and process referrals for completeness, TRICARE coverage, and accuracy.
Schedule and track specialty care appointments across MTFs, network, and non-network providers.
Provide customer service and guidance to patients, families, and providers.
Support administrative programs such as Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB) and Service Treatment Records (STR).
Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with standards.

Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Administrative training preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
Knowledge of medical terminology or TRICARE a plus.
U.S.
Citizenship required.
