Expert in Third Party Risk Management
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Expert to develop, implement, and oversee outsourcing and IT service risk management frameworks. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk assessments, and enhancing governance processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement TPRM frameworks to monitor compliance with outsourcing policies.
* Track and report on risk management activities across business units.
* Maintain the information register for outsourcing and IT service agreements.
* Plan and oversee risk and control assessments (RCA) for third-party services.
* Ensure quality assurance for risk assessments and control documentation.
* Conduct compliance checks and coordinate with risk management, legal, and IT security teams.
* Support internal and external audits related to third-party risk management.
* Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Business, Law, IT, or related field.
* Several years of experience in IT outsourcing, risk management, internal audit, or compliance in banking, insurance, consulting, or auditing.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, VAIT, DORA).
* Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
* Experience in planning and tracking risk management measures.
* Proficiency in MS Office, ORGS, SNOW; experience with regulatory bodies is a plus.
